Meet The Doctor
Rachel H. Thieberg
DDS, MS

A native of Ames, Iowa, Dr. Thieberg graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, South Hadley, MA in 1992 with a major in European Studies and a minor in Spanish Literature. She was also awarded membership in Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Thieberg completed her pre-dental studies at the University of Iowa and completed a four-year Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. She is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society, and graduated valedictorian of her dental school class.

Continuing two years of post-doctoral education at Baylor, Dr. Thieberg earned a Certificate of Orthodontics in 2001. In addition, she received her Masters of Science degree, studying the effects of estrogen on bone growth. Dr. Thieberg has practiced orthodontics in Dallas since 2001 and in Wylie since 2007. A board-certified orthodontist, Dr. Thieberg completed the American Board of Orthodontics examination in 2012 and was thereafter awarded diplomate status.

A resident of Dallas since 1994, Dr. Thieberg is still a proud Iowa State Cyclones fan! She enjoys cycling, hiking and gardening and shares two adult daughters, Alison and Lilly, with her husband Mark.
